Temple Touch Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services specializing in chronic pain relief. Our services are delivered as outcall appointments at your location in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

This waitlist is for pre-launch reservations only.No services are available until our official launch in September 2025.

Waitlist Terms

• Launch Discount: 30% off regular rates for waitlist members
• Discount Validity: 30 days from launch date (September 2025)
• Limited Spots: Only 50 launch discount positions available
• Early Access: 24-hour priority booking before public launch
• No Payment Required: Joining waitlist is free with no obligation

Professional Standards

Temple Touch Massage operates under the following professional standards:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (Nevada License #LMT-12345)
• $2M Professional Liability Insurance
• HIPAA Compliance for all health information
• Background checked and verified therapists
• Adherence to Nevada massage therapy regulations

Service Area & Limitations

Service Area: Las Vegas metropolitan area including:

• Las Vegas Strip and Downtown
• Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas
• Areas within 25 miles of the Las Vegas Strip

Service Limitations:

• Therapeutic massage only - no inappropriate services
• Professional boundaries maintained at all times
• Services may be declined based on safety or comfort
• Certain medical conditions may require physician clearance

Health & Safety

Client Requirements:

• Disclose relevant health conditions and medications
• Provide clean, safe environment for services
• Communicate comfort levels and boundaries
• Follow pre and post-service care instructions

Pricing & Payment

Launch Pricing (30% Discount):

• Signature Pain Relief (60min): $126 (regular $180)
• Deep Therapeutic (60min): $140 (regular $200)
• Sciatica Specialist (60min): $154 (regular $220)
• Executive Recovery (90min): $189 (regular $270)

Payment Terms:

• Payment due at time of service
• Accepted: Cash, major credit cards, digital payments
• Tips appreciated but not required
• Cancellation policy applies (see below)

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• 4-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 4 hours: Full session charge
• No-show: Full session charge

Therapist Cancellations:

• Emergency cancellations: Full refund + rescheduling priority
• Weather/safety cancellations: Reschedule at no charge
• Illness cancellations: Priority rebooking when available

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with:

• HIPAA privacy regulations
• Nevada massage therapy law requirements
• Professional therapy ethics standards

Limitation of Liability

While we carry comprehensive insurance and follow strict safety protocols, clients acknowledge that massage therapy carries inherent risks. Temple Touch Massage's liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

In the unlikely event of injury, our $2M professional liability insurance provides coverage as allowed by law.
